Myotis – The bat



Myotis is a small bat. This animal can be found in our stories as well as in the activity books. She knows how to sneak into the illustrations.

Myotis appears in many stories without having the main role. She even gets her wings burned by Enceladus, the giant of volcanoes. Fido  the dog and the recipe for sausage rolls.

Myotis means “mouse ears”. The Greater Mouse-eared Bat (Myotis) is a species of bat found in Europe. The size of their legs and the length of their fur can be used to differentiate between different species.
